Antigen :- The antigen is foregin  particle (outer particle)  that cause any type of disease in body .and an antigen is may be substance from the environment like 
Chemical, toxic , bacteria virus , 

Anti body : - The Antibody are present in plasma .
Anti body is a type of immune cells .
it is identified of antigen.
it is destroy outer Antigen is called antibody.
